APPEAL MATTERS (AAT TRIBUNAL)

Our Sunshine Coast principal migration agent has a 100% success record at the Administrative Appeal Tribunal (AAT) for matters that are or were assisted by the migration agent to AAT decision and were then remitted back to the Department resulting in visa grant.  Mostly these are matters that have been self-managed by initial visa applicants who simply did not understand the legislated visa criteria or evidentiary requirements.  Other times matters may have been managed by some other party such as a relative or even other appointed visa services and been refused.
